The fine print, kept short.

By using mywayaround.blog you agree to these terms. They exist because the site is a personal publication — opinions and travel notes from one person, not a service. Read them once, then enjoy the journal.
What this site is
my way around is a travel journal by Hemanth Poondla: free dispatches, stories, and a paid digital itinerary product (once the payments feature is live). Everything here is personal experience and personal opinion. Treat itinerary advice as a starting point, not professional travel guidance — verify visas, insurance, road conditions, and bookings independently.
Who owns the writing and photos
All text, photography, illustrations, and the brand marks (“my way around”, the stamp, the logo) are © Hemanth Poondla, all rights reserved. You may:
- Read, share a link, or quote a paragraph with attribution.
- Save a copy for personal reading. Don't mirror or republish — full posts, photo galleries, or the itinerary PDFs — without written permission.
You may not: train AI / ML models on the content; resell or repackage any part of it; use the photographs or stamp in your own marketing; or scrape the site at volume.
Your account, comments, and submissions
If you sign in, you're responsible for keeping access to your magic-link inbox. If you submit a comment, a guest story, or a note alongside a trip interest, you grant the site a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish that submission — credited as you typed it — and to moderate or remove it at any time. Don't post anything you don't hold rights to, or anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful. Submissions are screened before they appear.
Paid itineraries (when live)
Once Razorpay payments are wired up, the digital itinerary product is a single-buyer licence for personal travel planning, delivered as a PDF to your email. Because the file is delivered immediately, refunds are limited to: the file failed to deliver within 24 hours, or the content materially does not match the published description. Reach out at support@mywayaround.blog within seven days of purchase if either applies.
Newsletter
One unhurried email per dispatch — that's it. Every email includes a one-tap unsubscribe link; you can also write to hello@mywayaround.blog to be removed.
What we don't promise
The site is offered “as is”. Travel changes — roads close, places shut, prices move. The information here was true when written, but verify before you go. To the extent permitted by law, the site, its author, and its vendors aren't liable for travel decisions, indirect or consequential losses, or third-party content linked from these pages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be addressed in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, after a good-faith attempt at email resolution.
Changes
Substantive changes are dated at the top of this page. The current version always lives at https://mywayaround.blog/terms.
